• We will never give away your personal information. To anyone. Ever.
• We will deliver what you have ordered, as fast as we can. However:
  • We make a lot of our products by hand, and therefore there may be small differences between what you get and whats shown on the pictures.
  • This is still something that we do on our spare time, and we ask for your understanding about that the delivery may take some days longer than it would do from a big company.
  • The ordered item may be out of stock and in that case it is sadly out of stock for real. We will give you a choise between a different colour or your money back.
• We will give you your money back if you change your mind within 14 days from the time you ordered.
  • You will get your money as soon as we get back the ordered goods, in a unharmed condition.
  • If the goods are still in our hands, you will get your money as fast as possible.
  • Unless we are to blame, we are unable to pay for your shipping.
  • If we are to blame, we will pay for that as well.
